The purpose of Scouting is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full potentials. Scouts are aged 10 1/2 to 14. In this age group the programme is increasingly oriented towards more adventurous activities, including camping, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, climbing, etc.
